Founder of HireDrop

I'm Igor, the founder of HireDrop. I grew up in Kharkiv, Ukraine, about 30 km from the Russian border. I built HireDrop so a job search stops eating your evenings: you choose the roles, HireDrop does the applying.

Kharkiv, Ukraine

Where I grew up. My father and sister still live there.

Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, launched on February 24, 2022, is still going on. About a fifth of the country is occupied, millions of people have been forced from their homes, and Ukrainians keep working, studying and building through air-raid alerts and blackouts.

Get your link

Takes about a minute: create your account, answer four questions, and a person reads it — usually within a day or two.

How it works

1

Create your account and ask

Email and password, then four questions: who you'd share it with and the link name you want. A person reads it, usually the same day.

2

Share it

hiredrop.io/?ref=yourname. A post, a class group chat, a newsletter, a QR on a card. Anyone who opens it is yours for 60 days.

3

The honest small print

  • You earn from payments, not signups. A referral who never subscribes is worth $0 — to us and to you.
  • Refunds and chargebacks come back out. HireDrop refunds subscriptions only where the law requires it (California residents), and if a payment you earned on is refunded, disputed with the bank or returned as a billing error, the same share of your commission comes back out: refund half the payment, and half the commission goes. If it was already paid, it comes off a later payout. It's why payouts wait 30 days.
  • Links are issued by hand. We read who you are before your link can earn. It keeps the program small and the payouts real.
  • You must disclose it. “I get a cut if you sign up” or #ad, every time you share. That's an FTC rule, not our preference.
